Sheila Green was our realtor. She did an awesome job in finding us an affordable condo. When we started looking before the frenzy we were looking at 3 bedroom 2 bath houses, but after our own house sale fell through we bought a condo. Sheila didn't give up on us and always listened to what we said we wanted regarding location, bus availability, cost etc. 'Since we didn't know the area she guided us to areas that were safe and quiet. Twice she stayed up till 2 am just to get us booked to look at a place we were interested in because houses weren't taking bids after one or two days!! Sheila helped us come up with strategies to make our offer more appealing to the seller and in the end we got a cute place that we are very happy with. Sheila has continued to be the "go to" person when questions about legal matters or appliances connected with the condo, come up. She always replies promptly.
